Turn a messy topic into a lesson plan people can follow

Most people who know their subject well make the same mistake when they teach it: they say everything they know, in the order they learned it. Beginners switch off long before the useful bit. This planner helps you do the opposite.

Type in your topic, pick a format and a niche, and it lays out four stages: a quick win, a plain-language breakdown, a hands-on build and a clear next step. Each stage has an everyday comparison to explain it, a two-minute activity, a question to check it has landed and a tip to stop people feeling overwhelmed.

It's a template-based planner, not an AI. What you get is a starting point to edit, copy or print. Nothing you type is sent anywhere; it stays in your own browser.

Got a topic you'd love to see as an interactive tool, not a PDF? Let's work together ↓

A short title is best. It's placed inside the plan in quotes.

Tired of static PDFs nobody finishes?

I help educators and creatives turn blueprints like this into custom interactive web apps, student hubs and websites. If one of the “interactive upgrade” ideas above made you think “I want that for my own students or clients”, that's exactly the conversation I'd like to have.

  • A readiness quiz, checklist or card pull built around your own material
  • A small student or client hub, instead of a folder of PDFs
  • A website that shows off what you teach

How the four stages work

  1. Anchor & Spark. Start with a result, not a lecture. Give people something they can do in about five minutes, so the first thing they feel is that they can do this.
  2. Deconstruct & Ground. Break the topic into a few parts and explain each with something familiar. Concrete beats abstract, especially for beginners.
  3. Guided Build. Action beats theory. Walk people through making one small, real thing with the choices already made for them.
  4. Launch & Extend. Finish with a recap and one clear next step, plus an optional stretch for anyone who wants more.

Which format should I choose?

  • 60-minute live workshop: a single session split into 10, 15, 25 and 10 minutes, with the longest block for hands-on work.
  • 5-day mini-course: one short lesson a day. The build stage is spread over days three and four so nobody is rushed.
  • Client onboarding or starter pack: a welcome, a setup, a first small milestone and a clear next step, for new clients or customers.

Common questions

Is it really free?
Yes. There is no sign-up, no email request and no limit on how many plans you make.
Does it use AI?
No. It uses written templates for each niche and stage and places your topic into them, so read the result as a first draft. The boxes are editable because you know your subject and your learners better than a template does.
Where is my work saved?
In your browser, on this device only. Clearing your site data for this page will remove it, so copy or print anything you want to keep.
What is an “interactive upgrade”?
Each stage has an optional idea for turning that step into a small web tool, such as a short readiness quiz or a checklist that remembers where you got to, instead of a PDF people forget about.
